Product Withdrawal Notice

HellermannTyton Connectivity will be withdrawing CA198 Dca with immediate effect. This relates to Dca rated Cat6A F/FTP cable on 500m
reels.

HellermannTyton will no longer support Dca requirements for Cat6A, this streamlines our offering to CPR EuroClass Cca.

Reason for withdrawal: 

• BS6701:A1 2017 standards specify a CPR EuroClass of Cca, S1b, d2, a2
• Cat6A is predominantly a specified solution in the market.
• Most specifications reference BS6701 standards and rightly drive requirement towards a CPR EuroClass of Cca.
• Requirement for Dca Cat6A cable has therefore diminished
