The S4 connectorised family of MDU solutions has a great many options available to help with solving even the most complex of network requirements.     Technical Description The HellermannTyton S4 wall mountable enclosures are suitable for both internal and external applications and have been developed for use within the last mile of the FTTX network.

    The medium MDU enclosure is 470 x 307 x 147mm (H x W x D) and manufactured in light grey (RAL 7035), UV stable ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) and has an IP54, IK08 and UL-94 V0 rating.
    The MDU S4 cover can be customised with a moulded or labelled customer logo.

    The S4 C (Connectorised) can be configured with the large angled IR Fibre Management System (FMS) which accommodates 10 SE IR MKII splice trays.
    The hinged connector plate holds 16 LC APC Quads + 2 LC APC Simplex and has provision for up to 2x1:32 splitters LC/APC.
    A loop through anchor bracket is pre-fitted on the left port of the base. The dual outlet of the bracket allows for loop through applications. The black rubber seals cover a cable range of 3-14mm OD cable.

    The 4 red retaining blocks guide the fibre elements onto the FMS and their foam pads can be cut through to accommodate a range of fibre counts.
    One multi-drop seal (24 x 7mm drops) is pre-fitted on the right port of the base.

    An extensive range of optional accessories is available upon request and include lock, multi-drop seals (24 x 7mm), M20 and M25 cable glands (up to 18mm), loop through anchor kit, drop cable anchor brackets, SC or coloured splice trays, splitter holders for trays, internal or external loop storage baskets.
