CFN Connectorised

The CFN connectorised fibre splice closure range provides a versatile solution for a variety of FTTx applications, supporting both P2P and P2MP topologies.

Constructed with a UV-stable polypropylene base, the CFN 27 Port Connectorised closure features 26 round ports and one oval port, accommodating cable diameters from 1.7 to 16.5mm when used with Cablelok mechanical seals.

This connectorised closure incorporates the HellermannTyton IR Fibre Management System (FMS) with connectorised and SE or SC-B splice trays. The connectorised tray can manage up to 6 LC Quad or SC Duplex adaptors, a maximum of 4 PLC splitters, and 2 3A or ANT splices.

The FMS positioning allows unobstructed access to cable entry ports, each offering optional integrated cable anchoring. A loop storage basket is located above the oval cable port for efficient routing to the fibre splice trays via the modular IR FMS. The white colour of the splice trays and fibre optic routing modules facilitates clear identification of individual fibre colours within the positive fibre management system.

The fibre entry block includes dedicated accommodation for up to 2 x 250μm bare end PLC splitters, fibre management for directional changes, and excess fibre storage. Fibre slot retaining blocks guide fibre elements into the IR system, with a partially cut foam pad accommodating various fibre counts.

All removable IR system cover parts are coloured blue for easy access to the fibre. Red fibre slot retaining clips aid in identification. The CFN connectorised fibre splice closure offers a reliable and efficient solution for FTTx deployments.
